Halloween

Our annual Trunk or Treat event is always a favorite for families.  Children can dress up and ‘trick or treat’ in the parking lot.  Parent volunteers will decorate their cars.  The 4 and 3yr old classes will sing a special Halloween song for their parents.  Children can pumpkin pick on the preschool grounds. 

All classes have a class party.

Thanksgiving

School-wide feast.  All classes have an in-class celebration.

Christmas 

Happy Birthday Baby Jesus is an annual tradition for the Preschool.  This show features the 4 and 3 yr olds in the Holy Child Church forum.  

All classes have an individual class party with activities.  Santa comes to visit. Children participate in pajama day. 

Santa’s Workshop is our weekend event held in the Holy Child forum.  Children can come and meet Santa, create crafts and play games. 

Lunar New Year

School-wide celebration where all the classes will eat traditional Lunar New Year snacks and participate in traditional dances.

Valentine’s Day

All classes will have In-class celebrations.

Super Bowl

All classes will get to wear their favorite sports shirt/jersey.  The 4yr old classes will play football during their weekly sports activity. 

Dental Week

The school participates in lots of fun in-class activities focusing on dental health.  A local dentist will come to the school to talk to the children about dental health.

Dr. Seuss/Read Across America Week

Week-long themed activities celebrating Dr. Suess and the joy of reading.  A performer will come to the school and the children participate in a music and movement celebration.

Easter Celebrations

All classes will participate in Easter celebrations, both religious and non-religious.  The Easter Bunny comes to visit!  All classes participate in an Easter Egg hunt.

Safari/Jungle Week

Week-long themed activities. A puppet master will perform a safari-themed show. 

Mother’s Day

All classes will celebrate with their mothers in class. The preschool hosts a plant sale in the parking lot.

Celebrate America Week

Week-long themed activities leading up to Memorial Day

St. Jude Trike-A-Thon

A fundraiser to support Childhood Cancer patients through St. Jude hospital.  Children have great fun riding tricycles to raise money for this special cause. 

Spring Art Show and Spring Fair

Our school artists will display their special art projects for their families.  The spring fair in the parking lot has a lot of fun-filled activities for all the children. 

Stepping Up and Graduation Ceremonies

 All of our 3 and 4yr classes have a special ceremony to commemorate the occasion and their fun and hard-work throughout the school year.
